THE BEST RENTAL CAR COMPANY EVER!!! We've used all the national companies and they let us down. Heartland Rental Car has always delivered all the time, 100% of the time. The cars are always delivered, clean and they never miss reservations. Those national companies "reservations" are merely waiting lists. We have lost valuable time when we got a destination and there "are no cars available". We have learned that when Heartland gives us a reservation, they always guarantee it 100% and we have never been stranded without a car. Also we found that Heartland doesn't play all the "revenue enhancement" schemes the national companies do. They have never charged us for gas, dings etc....like those national companies have. AMAZING!!!!
