We purchased a 70" from them. We had an issue with the coax hookup missing and they were very eager to help. They fixed OUR TV and brought us another 70" to watch during the repair. They are very friendly.
They are very rude and only out for the rich. Got a king bed and it has holes in it and bed bugs the got a fridge and it was full of rouches so they are trying to make us pay for it a used fridge 900 dollars. The hang up on you and refuse to give you paper work that tells you how much you have left. Not even good customer service and very poor attitude and not even one store I will give them will never use them again
Guys are nice I'd give the 5th star but they dont seem to keep up when an account is due they just call EVERYDAY even if account isnt due for 28 DAYS ...WAKE UP DAMN !!
This is not a company I would give even one star to. We went in paid for a table and queen mattress. Got the mattress didn't like it have now been waiting for the table for 2 weeks and another box springs and mattress. On the day my payment was due I got a "courtesy call" about it being due that day. But can't get a courtesy call about not receiving my items. I called to get it all picked up and am still waiting. Every time I call I get some of the stupidest excuses why they have not been here. I am told Aaron's delivers to Paul's Valley I would never suggest anyone use this place. Big rip off.
Had a worker steal our deposit, brought us the wrong bedset and then never brought our box springs for the new bedset.
