There is a fair amount of constant retribution from karma for this behavior though...LOL.
Extremely slow service. Super frustrating since we just pulled off the highway for a quick bite. Delayed our trip from Texas to Kansas by half an hour.
My 89 year old Nana always goes there for her milk and eggs, regularly. She is a very intelligent, concise woman who will not be pushed aside by some "a rude child with an apron, a job title and a name tag." She often forces the staff to re-bag her groceries after forcing them to replace the items that were squished/bruised/damaged by their "complete and utter incompetence. (She) cannot believe that it is so hard for anyone to understand the idea that people expect to receive proper service! Who could be so ignorant as to not realize no one wants flattened bread, broken eggs, bruised fruit or damaged vegetables when they get home!?"
To make it better she gets applauded for this speech and the rest of the customers follow suit each time she makes it. (Which is at least every other month.) Way to go Nana.
The store itself was very clean but the staff was kind of rude. They weren't outright jerks but it they sure as hell didn't care about how the customers felt.

From start to finish the service exceeded my expectations and food is delicious. No doubt this is the restaurant to beat when it comes to ice cream. We'll be back! Two thumbs-up.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Food hot and fresh in no time. PEPPERMINT MALT is awesome. Convinient location. Reasonably priced, very good.
I sat in the drive thru longer than 17 minutes AFTER I paid waiting on 2 happy meals . Finally just drove off . Seems like every time I go there it takes a while to get your food. I figured it wouldn't take long this time seeing there was only 1 car in front of me. Well it won't happen again, I'm done with Braums . Hope whoever gets those kids meals enjoys them, because mine didn't!
